Rental Policy
Caring for Your Display
The stork sign and display pieces remain the property of Once Upon a Stork and will be collected after your rental. Your personalized keepsake swaddle is made especially for your family and is yours to keep.
To help protect the display, please do not move it, attach decorations, use lawn equipment nearby, or allow children or pets to play on it. Contact us if it needs attention or relocation. Our displays are decorative and should not be climbed on or played with. Customers are responsible for obtaining the property owner’s permission and informing us of underground sprinklers, invisible fences, utility lines, or other installation concerns.
Delivery and Pickup
Standard delivery and installation are included within 15 miles of Prairie Village, Kansas. Additional delivery charges may apply outside this area and will be disclosed before your reservation is approved.
Once Upon a Stork will remove the display after the rental. Your keepsake swaddle will be placed on the porch or another agreed-upon location. Please notify us if access instructions change.
Damage or Loss
Damage or LossPlease contact us immediately if the display is damaged, moved, missing, or stolen. Customers may be responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse, unauthorized movement, lawn equipment, pets, children, vehicles, or negligence. Customers are not responsible for ordinary wear or weather-related damage when the display has been treated appropriately. Questions or concerns?
